Spelling

From Years 2 - 6, spelling sessions are delivered three times a week which follow the Curriculum with Unity Schools Partnership (CUSP) spelling programme. The CUSP Spelling programme is organised into 2-week blocks, with each block covering a particular set of key concepts, including spelling patterns, etymology and morphology and reasoning about spelling. This builds upon the core phonics knowledge acquired in Early Years and Year 1.
